Chris has been fundamental in helping us sell the apartment of an estate for a foreign heir. As a lawyer for the estate I can say that without Chris Rice selling the apartment on behalf of the foreign heir it would have been much more difficult. Where do I even beginChris is awesome!!!! His knowledge, attention to detail and integrity throughout the process was greatly appreciated. As a first time home buyer and a veteran, he made the whole process smooth. Anytime I had any questions or concerns he would respond immediately. Chris really showed he cared on a different level than other realtors I worked with prior. During open houses and viewings he would express his concerns with me. Giving me honest insight on potential problems on properties. But most importantly, he made sure that wherever we looked was a safe and quiet which meant the world to me since I have a 3 year old son. Throughout the process he had my best interest at heart.
