He is super knowledgeable about the neighborhood and any questions I had about potential projects, he went out of his way to contact experts to get quotes or other opinions to help me in my purchase decisions. More important, he asked questions that I wouldnt have known to ask at showings. Both he and Jaana are a great team who helped me feel really confident about the decision I was making. I was looking for a rental. The agent I was using was sending all sorts of listings for which I did not qualify and were out of my search area. I contacted Todd Ketcham for assistance. He was able to find me a rental within my budget and my search area. I will be coming to him for all future real estate needs.

Jon Faust is a horrible human being. Not one nice thing to say about this repugnant individual. He does not even like who he is as a person let alone his job whatever that is since he never does his job effectively. Absolutely horrible property with deplorable living conditions everything broken or doesn't work, horrible property management nobody ever responds and best best part is he just doesn't give a f___ at all. He is one of the most unprofessional people Iv ever encountered with an extremely disrespectful angry approach to anything and everyone. He leaves his tenants without basic working things like appliances, AC, water. Any encounters iv had remind me of my dark triad narcissistic gas lighting x husband.....identical behaviors. July 1 update.he returned the security deposit from the house that was rented and the check was a BAD check yall lol I cannot make this up! This realtor passed a insufficient funds check that didnt clear and he refuses to respond to calls or texts.

I met Jon Faust 6 years ago when he was the listing agent on a Property I purchased. He was so knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and skilled an negotiating for his seller that I knew Id use him if I ever resold the house. I recently retained his services again to sell my home. He is a consummate professional! He accompanied every showing, was extremely detail oriented, anticipated things I hadnt even thought of and had contingencies in place for every step of the process to ensure things ran smoothly. I felt completely confident in his ability to get me the best price and negotiate on my behalf. I also had the pleasure of working with his partner, Jaana, this time as well in my search for a new home. She is wonderful to work with and is available at a moments notice to set up showings, provide pricing information, and offer support. They got me above asking price for my home and got it closed in 30 days! I couldnt be more satisfied with their services.

Many thanks for the assistance and guidance received from Jon Faust and Jaana Piira with the purchase of my Lake Worth house. Both of them were always available with any questions I had (there were many) and never made me feel like they were too busy to talk. Their knowledge, expertise, and professionalism are most appreciated and I will absolutely be calling them again.
