Campbell Property Management - Lake Worth

Unfortunately we have this company as our HOA they are the HOA in the new build townhomes, Lake Shore by Lennar in The Fountains. I have now waited over 6 weeks to get security cameras approved. I have asked twice about fence restrictions and my emails go unanswered, they could absolutely care less. Meanwhile there are so many "rules" that are not being enforced but the people trying to do the right thing are penalized..... If this is the HOA that you will have to deal with, try and move somewhere else!

The customer service I receive at the front desk was great. In my opinion that was a reflection of the company. Thank you.

Campbell Property Management never responded to multiple emails. If you are looking for a Property Management company for your community, I would look at one of their competitors. This one has poor customer service. I live in the Ironhorse Country Club Community in West Palm Beach.

I dialed, phone answered right away, spoke with Patricia F. requested tenant application to post in my listing at the Lakeshore at the Fountains HOA, received email shortly after. Very smooth and efficient interaction, as usual. Thank you.
