American Pressure Clean

I just hired American Pressure Clean from a recommendation from our community group. They were supposed to be here originally between 10 and 12. After speaking with Carlos, the owner, to confirm yesterday, he said it would now be between 11 and 1pm. By 2 p.m., no one showed up . I called and left several messages and texted, and no one responded. At 2:55, someone was climbing my roof and never even knocked at the door to let me know they were here. I had him call his boss. I was very upset. I came home from work to be here. No call from anyone to inform me of the delay.They were supposed to be here between 11 and 1. When I got Carlos the owner on the phone, he pulled them off the job, and they left. I went with them based on a recommendation from our community. Do not use if your time is not valuable to you.

NEVER EVER ..Carlos is a terrible business man ..promising days and times and never showing up. I booked him two weeks in advance and confirmed the night prior. He said they would be here between 10 and 12 yesterday ...At noon I started calling and texting about when they would be here ... I got one answered text that said he would call his men and find out where they were .. He proceeded to "ghost me " the rest of the day ...at 4:30 he texted me he was sorry "he was on a roof all day" to which I responded "cell phones work on roofs." He said we can come out in the AM to which I replied I can t count on you and I found someone else ... The worst ..

Carlos and team did a great job! Hardworking team, completed work as per our expectation, price was reasonable and Carlos was prompt with communication. Would highly recommend them for pressure cleaning jobs.

Terrible company I would stay away from them. Amateur and a lack of communication by the owner. They power washed my neighbors home and moved all the dirt and mud from his property/house to my house directly next-door and my other neighbors properties not caring about our properties. My entire driveway was full of dirty mud which then got tracked onto my new pavers that I spent $12,000 to redo my driveway with. The owner Is a liar told me he was going to come by and have it resolved this morning but upon returning home from work at 7pm I come to find out its still filthy. Cant get a hold of him and when I finally did he is now telling me a week from now he can handle it. This is unacceptable since its a holiday weekend and I have company over from out of town! Thanks to his business practice his lousy $300 job he did for my neighbor pressure washing his home caused the front of my whole $2 million home to be gross and full of mud. Clearly no respect for surrounding neighbors as he just wanted to clear up and clean up the home he was hired to wash! Gotta do better Carlos!
