She actually answered the phone herself and listened to the long issue my high school son was having. She met with us that night and after an hour or so we left with a new prescription. That was Friday. Sunday morning she called to see how he was feeling. Ive never had the actual doctor follow up and every psychiatrist weve seen has no concern for making you wait in the office for sixty or 90 minutes or more. Her appointments are on time you dont feel rushed and she listens and asks questions. My second son also needed a new psychiatrist and she has been amazing working with him to find just the right combination of meds to address his needs. Her office is always responsive and I found her to be very matter of fact and down to earth. She tells you what you need to hear. I would highly recommend her for dealing with mental health issues.

Direct to the point this woman should not be practicing and kind of medical services. This person is rude, irresponsible and lackadaisical. What hs ehas done to my husband in his so called "treatment" is heinous. She received him as a patient through the Ryan White Program at a local LGBT community center called Compass, in Lake Worth. My husband and I live in Delray Beach. My partner is bipolar, the episodes are intense for those who know what it's like to be married to someone you love, yet you see them trapped in their own mind. It kills you that you cannot help or understand. This woman decided to not see him after the 1st shoddy appt. with her. She never explained or warned us as to why. He ran out of the meds she prescribed and the madness has ensued in our home. My family has suffered because of Tarr's irreputable decisions. She should not be allowed to see anyone or continue practicing what she calls counseling and psychiatry.
