Absolutely the worst insurance you can get. I don't have progressive insurance, but my mom does. I've been handling my mom's insurance claim because she's not good at that stuff. It's IMPOSSIBLE to get an actual human being on the phone to talk to regarding her claim. All you get is greetings to leave a message. Which they never respond to, or you get an operator telling you that you reached the wrong department. However I tell the operator what department I need, but yet I'm still getting transfered to the wrong department. It's a joke! This nonsense has been going on for 3 days and I've yet gotten an actual human being to talk to regarding my mom's insurance claim. Do yourselves a favor and don't get progressive insurance! Their HORRIBLE!
