Brain V. from Code Red Roofers was my contact person for a roof repair that I needed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He took photos which he texted to me of two trouble areas and gave me a fair and reasonable quote. Within a week, I was texted that his crew would do the work within two days time frame. The workers from Code Red Roofer were extremely professional and did a fantastic job on my roof. I would definitely recommend this company for any roof job that would need to be done.

Dont live in area, they communicated well, sent quick estimate with pictures, repaired in one day and sent mid job photos of problems and all repaired well with final photos sent. Very happy!!

Caveat Emptor. Let the buyer beware. Code Red Admits Guilt by Defaulting on Court Proceedings. If you are considering this company... This is a must read. Code Red Roofing? Find another company there are many out there! May 2022 I signed an agreement with Griffin Roe the owners son of Code Red to replace our Roof. He knows my address and phone number all info is on the agreement. Their response to this review must be a bot response. "We take feedback like yours very seriously, as our goal is to always provide exceptional service to our customers." Nice words Almost 2 years later.... Code Red began work in July 2022 removing the existing metal roof and applying underlayment. The roof stayed in this condition until October. They started applying panels after the metal sat in my driveway for almost 2 months, uncovered, and open to the elements. Metal panel suppliers recommend the panels be applied to roof within one to two days max once delivered to the property. I was told tarps would be laid out along the edge of the home while metal pieces, Screws and trash would not be left in the yard. That was a disaster with no protection. As work was coming to a close Code Red was asked to correct dented, smudged, rusty, and incorrectly cut panels, and incomplete work before final payment. What they do is require final payment immediately upon inspection from the county so they dont have to complete the roof properly. Luckily, I held back the last payment. The owner, Doug Roe, Contractor and owner of Code Red came to my house July 2023 a year after the start of the work. Doug assured me he would have a crew come back and correct all the defects. He told me he would give me a discount and I told him I did not want a discount. I just want my roof done correctly. "I signed an agreement with you. Ill hold up my end and you hold up yours." I never saw him again. Code Red was served a summons to respond to a court hearing. Code Red never responded resulting in a default, admitting guilt. My advice to those who took the time to read this review is Do your homework, or pay twice.

I want to thank the sales rep, Kurtis T., for the recent repair to my roof vent. A recent wind event had blown several shingles off of my roof. I approached him when I saw his truck in the neighborhood and he didn't hesitate to speak with me and arrange to take care of my issue. From our initial contact to the completed job, he displayed professionalism and expertise. Kurtis is very knowledgeable and had all the answers to my many questions. Even though it was a small job, he fit me in right away. I couldn't be more pleased! Thank you Code Red Roofers!
