I took my co-worker here today. Never in my life has someone been so disrespected. The spanish lady manager or shift lead on day shift came up and asked if she needed help. Of course, my friend said sure if you'd like to, she was looking at face lotion. The manager then walked away without helping and, again, being abrasive, loud, and rude, asked if she needed help. My friend said sure "im looking for this face cream."" This lady said she really didn't care what she wanted, just that she would walk her to the register because she remembered her and that she stole from there before. My friend just moved here she's NEVER BEEN THERE. I'm a manager at a restaurant, and never would I assume that I knew someone was going to steal. This lady "manager " should never accuse someone without proof. I thought the idea was to help the customer not slander someone because of the way the person looks. I'm completely appalled that a manager of anywhere would slander and offend the customer. No one deserves to be treated as a theft. Especially a 50 something year old woman. I would definitely get new staff that's willing to assist your customers, not lose them.

Another lying CVS! Refusing to transfer ONE single prescription which is necessary tonight. Telling me "24 hours because we are so behind." So is this a pharmacy or a fast food service? I do not expect it within the hour, but you had 4 hours to get it transferred. The lady I was talking to on the phone also lied about their closing time. Very rude and disgusting terrible service to patients.
