Just letting you all know that this store, they will never make your bacons sweet enough. They barely put sugar on those. My mini bagels were cold and barely heated up. I had to bike all the way there to get what I wanted for dunkin since it's so close but geez, I asked for a cap seal so the drinks won't spill inside my bag since I'll bike back home, the cashier was kind enough to look for one and ask his manager but the manager straight up just shook his head not even responding when I can clearly see the seals in front of him. Dear manager, please be nicer. I've had past transactions with this store as well but again, they will never make your snacking bacon sweet. The store in Greenacres by the walmart is FAAAAR better.

The service is always good, very respectful. But I ordered a muffin and why is it still undercooked in the middle??? This is GROSS!!! The middle of it was still RAW!

Ordered a Large Caramel latte and they gave me what can be considered a glass of milk which by the way was a medium instead of a large. Literally no Caramel and no espresso in it. I also ordered a medium iced coffee with cold foam but they didn't put the cold foam in it. The only thing that was correct in my order was the strawberry coolata which is basically an icee so can't really mess that up. Someone else picked up my order for me and didn't realize how screwed up it was. I just don't understand how you screw up an order that was submitted on the app, it tells you what was ordered. Super frustrating!!
