Called them to just get a general price per session and the lady on the phone is disgusting huffing and puffing nasty attitude did not want to help me at all this is ridiculous

I regret to say that my experience with CJ Family Chiropractic Center has been incredibly disappointing due to their complete lack of customer service. As a customer, I value efficient and responsive support, especially when trying to voice my concerns or seek assistance. However, my attempts to contact the office manager for support have been met with frustration and utter disappointment. Upon encountering an issue with their services, I made multiple attempts to reach out to their customer service department through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online forms. Unfortunately, my efforts were in vain as I received no response whatsoever. It's disheartening to be left in the dark without any acknowledgment or assistance from a company that I trusted with my business. The lack of communication and support from the assistant office manager reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction. It's unacceptable for a company to neglect its customers and ignore their inquiries, especially when they are facing issues or seeking clarification. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider doing business with them due to their abysmal customer service standards. It's evident that they prioritize other aspects of their operations over addressing customer concerns and providing adequate support.
