Run! Run! Run! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! She's there dictator and she will make sure her "people" are good but others have to live with the non sense she put the property through. This is 100% spot on she allows her people to get away with certain things. They do not honor their lease and they make up rules every couple of months that are not even mentioned in the lease. The front desk staff, and Marlaina is very rude and disrespectful and dont care. The apartments are not safe. There is mold EVERYWHERE, there are times when it rains the apartment floods, the closet roof has collapsed multiple times and have damage my property and they said theres nothing that they can do and that I need to cover the damages myself. The cabinets and appliances are so outdated that they are coming apart, but management refuses to replace them. There are roaches and ants everywhere. They refuse to call a terminator and it doesnt matter because the roaches from the other apartments will seep into your apartment. This is by far the worst apartment I have lived in, and would not recommend this company to anyone. The 5 stars are not from actually tenets but they are from management.

If I could give this property management no stars I WOULD. I suggest no one rent from them as long as Marlaina works there. She's there dictator and she will make sure her "people" are good but others have to live with the non sense she put the property through. She has violated laws that should not be ignored. It's sad to have such an evil spirited human treat tenants the way she does. I'm surprised no one has taken it personal which I'm sure one day someone will. 2200??? FOR RENT??/ No, they don't offer NOTHING. The pool is disgusting, the washer machines are always broken, Marlaina is quick to throw anyone out if she receives a complaint from one of her "people" she does not give any warnings nothing. I'd say she has no idea what shes doing and no one has really pressed her. That has changed and something will be done :) Don't get me wrong, the maintenance staff are great. It's the office manager thinks she's EVERYTHING ABOVE anyone. Sad to see ALOT of complaints on only one person. By the way if you move in there EXPECT MOLD, especially in the bathrooms. I've taken pictures, I've kept convos, I kept paper work of all unlawful issues with AG PROPERTIES mostly pertaining to Marlaina! There's plenty of other places that offer AMMENTITIES such as a gym, a clean pool, in home washer and dryer for less than 2200. I see AG PROPERTIES TANKING PRETTY SOON. Someone will buy them out and kick the office staff out well Marlaina TO BE SPECIFIC. I suggest that no one!!!!! rents from them, if she doesn't like the way you look or don't have "spanish" in you be prepared to be denied without reason. Seems like a little discrimination going on with her. She's very rude and very bold for what she does. Good luck to her and AG Properties as they TANK. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! So many other places to rent from that will get you in with decent background and what not. Don't waste your time and money, you will be disappointed with this outcome.
