Coronado Springs East has a very excellent team from the office staffs to the maintenance staff. Very quick response when it came to emergencies. Happy to have them.

I live in this place. It is very quiet and the workers are wonderful, especially Ramiro from maintenance, he is unconditional. .

If I could give zero stars, I would. Roaches in the elevator and parking lot so bad they end up in my brand new car that I dont eat in. No one cares. The loudest music all night Thursday-Sunday. No one cares. Parking lot is like driving through an amusement park. Cars parked like Tetris. No one cares. Cars play chicken with you. Ive had my car hit while parked and I was in my house. I had two witnesses. No one cares. I paid rent. They sent me a late notice. No one cares. Their office hours are complete lies. I physically show up to both offices before close and am always disappointed by a closed office. Youd have a better chance hitting the lottery than getting someone to answer the phone. And you guessed it no one cares. The management team is so disorganized here that they get confused by THEIR OWN SCHEDULE. Every time they schedule something and you prepare for it its rescheduled for the following week. Our mailboxes got changed and I was without mail for three weeks which is illegal. THEN they had our old mailboxes OPEN with our mail in it for anyone to grab. I have pictures. Maintenance came in our home and didnt lock our door when leaving. And the worst part about this is our door is half off the hinges as is. Just leave it wide open next time and put a sign up saying FREE STUFF. It would be the same thing. I could go on and on and on. I have receipts of all of this if anyone actually cares. But I doubt it. This will be where people with nothing come. And treat this place like the piece of garbage that it is. If major changes never come, this place will run itself in the ground.
