SECOND TIME TRYING TO RIP US OFF W/SHADY PRICING!! DONT GO HERE!! One star rating only because the optometrist is always pleasant and thorough. The issue here (Lake Wales store) is when you purchase Eyeglasses. Reluctantly went back here after a few years after they scammed my wife. Went because closer to my home and new location, thought things would be differentWrong! Was getting 2 pair of glasses. 1 everyday & 1 work safety glasses. Got my exam, got my frames, agreed on a per pair price, all good. Get a call next day that their labs cant do the safety glasses due to the curve of the lenses. They would have to send them out @ an additional $300 to be made. I canceled that pair & the person on the phone said they would issue a refund. Go to get the other pair when ready only to find out they are now $150 more then the previous price & my refund was only $130 because Im now only purchasing 1 pair. (Very unprofessionally the manager did not talk to me directly she had the person taking care of me relaying this information). This is B. S. and the same bait & switch type routine they did before with my wife.. As they say:Fool me once. BUYER BEWARE!
