Easy to get appts. Explain procedures. Schedule yearly procedures timely. Dentist and staff are friendly, thorough and knowledgeable!

The two stars I am giving are for the hygienist I had as she was kind and amazing. If you are a young adult on your own for the first time I do not recommend this dentist at all. I fell behind in my invisalign, and asked how I should proceed with being rescanned for the program. He told me that because I was graduating my college and moving out of the area within the next year that I was wasting his time because he wasnt making any money off of me - even though my insurance was paying for the visit and X-rays so there was money coming in - then proceeded to scold and talk down to me for about 6 or 7 minutes saying I was wasting my youth by not fixing my appearance. I was on the brink of tears to the point the hygienist was asking if i was okay the whole rest of my visit. He also kept pushing for me to go visit his daughter and his friends offices for services I said repeatedly I was not interested in. Not sure if it was just because I am a young woman, but his condescending demeanor and inability to speak to me as an adult was abhorrent. I hope everyone has a much better experience than me.

5 stars only because so far so good. Ive had a hard time finding a dentist that is consistent. Im a self pay patient so its been difficult.

You wait over a month for them to let you know they do not accept your insurance. Incompetent call center.
