      image I have had enough. I am closing all of my 4 accounts, including my business accounts. There is no customer service. The banker is lazy. No one answers the phone. And the only answers I ever get is, "well that's policy" which, in my experience have been incorrect and lazy responses. The tellers are nice, but they do not handle account issues/questions. I DO NOT recommend!
