Georgetown is a very nice, clean and cozy place to live in. The community is quiet and has a very friendly neighborhood. We were welcomed not only by the accommodating staff but also the neighbors. We appreciate Ms.Lashanda's assistance with the smooth process. Its worth the rent! Our family enjoyed using the pool facility for bonding. Its such a good feeling to be part of this community. It is near to many establishments. Walking distance to Publix, Pizza Hut, Burger King, Bealls, Dollar Tree, Early Learning Coalition, schools (Polk Ave elem school and McLaughlin Middle School and many more to mention. A few minutes ride to CFHC Lake Wales, Walmart, and Care Center; even fire station, police station and Advent Health hospital are just a few distance away which makes us feel safe and secured. We loved how their management and maintenace staff act urgently whenever we needed help at home to fix things and if its unrepairable, they made sure to change it with new product. Moreover, they made sure to have simple activities for everyone to join whenever there's an occasion althroughout the year. We had a chance to win a turkey during Thanksgiving 2023 in the Scavenger's Hunt Game. Thank you Georgetown Apartments staff!

I toured the property recently, I wasn't able to tour a model, but the property itself was serving looks. The landscaping and the pool are two things that caught my eye! The lady in the front office was very helpful.

Toured the property with Alex and felt very welcomed! It is a quiet and peaceful area and a good amount of privacy for being apartments. The online application process was very simple and fast.
