Customer Jose Rizo drive from down south an hr away from our shop having a power steering leak and had no fluid in the power steering Reservoir , filled the system and had a power steering leak from the steering gearbox , customer comes back states has another small leak , we gladly checked it and showed him he had a moderate leak on the main power steering pump, comes back saying we never changed his power steering gearbox , told the customer if he doesn’t believe we change the gearbox have another shop check our work, then the argument started and told Jose he was going to beat him to a pulp and calling him names we have the video recordings of what he said. Customer should have not insulted and behaved ,wanting to fight, and then his wife yelling thief’s and then had a call from his wife , furious saying she took it to another shop and said nothing was changed. And explained what was replaced and that we showed her husband the part was replaced and where it was leaking. We would have gladly replace the other part leaking but with insults and Accused of being thief’s as bad as this automotive industry is no one wants troubles
