Nicola from Regal Pool and Spa is a true expert in everything pool related. I have engaged Regal Pool and Spa to install two pool heaters at two of my properties over the years and the service as well as the quality of the equipment were both fantastic. Regal Pool and Spa has also been maintaining both pools on weekly basis and the quality and the responsiveness have been amazing. I used to have a different company service the pools in the past and I could never get a hold of anyone when I needed them. Nicole is always available and happy to address any concerns I have. I don't think there is another company like that in the entire West Palm Beach area. Regal Pool and Spa is a real GEM!!! Services: Plumbing repair, Filter cleaning, Cleaning, Vacuuming

When I was lucky enough to find Regal Pool and Spa to take care of my pool and waterfall I finally was able to have a safe, clean pool and my waterfall was flowing with the sounds that finally gave me the opportunity to engage in the reflective meditation I so enjoy. I respect their knowledge and their ability to complete that which is necessary to do their job. How nice it is to have pleasant people do their job and with a smile (and often a half bow) as the work is well done. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Regal communicated promptly and clearly about what needed to be taken care of with our pool. The price was right and their service was amazing. Could not recommend them more - they are the best!

How often does a pool service or any repair person own up to their mistakes? did I mention it is like a couple of grand worth? Did you say none? Like honestly and integrity is ias extinct as the Dodo bird? Hello to restoring a little faith in humanity. It happened to me today. We just started using Regal and I was very impressed with their overall workmanship.Actually like blown away. They took it on their own to name every pipe and went beyond the call of duty to explain with patience and kindness. Terrific company, but nothing to inspire writing a review. Until... I was called over to an area they fixed yesterday, and there was a contained issue that would require replacing water damaged equipment. The conversation began with an I'm sorry. This is what happened, you bare no responsibility, it will be replaced... and ended with how sorry they were. Wow.I know... pass it along. NIck is a good guy and runs an honest business. steven a
