Arturo is amazing! Do not let his accent discourage you. He found my growing family a 4 bed/2 bad in a great area for an amazing price. What a journey. We were faced with so many issues with the house I fell in love with (hence the amazing price) such as termites, bank foreclosing, and a difficult seller to work with. The house had small termite issues in the past that had already been treated and it had a potential to not pass inspection, but Arturo found ways around this when I thought it was impossible. He was even able to work with the seller to tent the house before the closing and have the bank also agree to this. This guy really knows his stuff and will do anything to prevent you from losing your dream home due to roadblocks. We are grateful that he went with Arturo as we were able to get the house of our dreams for $20k less than the asking price, overcome roadblocks, purchase the house before it foreclosed, and now only a year later our house is worth over $115k more than what we bought it for!
