        They claim they are for helping low income they made me obtain an ESA letter which cost $150 before i could even see place , then say didn't even have a application for me took my paper ,i call for days ,, then wouldn't accommodate the WPHA on a $30 difference. I guess thier for the community

        Very impressed overall with the residential services offered here. The lady at the front desk was very professional and knowledgeable. She promptly and respectfully was able to assist in answering my questions. Im grateful for the assistance I received in my search. I would recommend for anyone looking for housing.

        Highly dont recommend, happy to be free from this prison place after five years dont get in dept pay your rent on time , not worth moving in the places.

        Jocelyn the office staff took 3 weeks to tell me that I have to make 4 times the rent to qualify lol what ??? The workers in the office dont even make 4 times the rent and for that much Ill be paying a mortgage every month straight GREED I literally had to call countless times just to see if I qualified its always an excuse as to why I cant get an answer and honestly after reading the reviews yeah glad it did not work out this time for me You all make it easy to apply and move in but want 4 times the rent for apartments that are in the hood you practically have to make 100k a year or more to qualify ridiculous

        Run far away from these people they are so full of it apartments are infested with roaches and mold the management told the receptionist the only way they would do a payment plan with me was If I deleted my negative review smh I did then whenever I called the office to do a payment plan they swore up and down sonny isn't in the office they played these childish games and caused me to lose my voucher it's all good though because they won't be able to keep people renting their run down raggedy apartments smh they rig things instead of properly fixing them the receptionist lady Is very rude and unprofessional I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent from them thank God I found something way much better and losing my voucher didn't stop anythingI didn't even want to give them 1 star
