Ultimate Detailing and Hand Wash

I used this company to have my 2020 BMW X7 ceramic coated. Buzz gave me a quote for $1600 (that included painting my brake calipers). My car had some areas that needed paint correction. At first I was impressed that Buzz was able to smooth out most imperfections, but upon further examination, I noticed a 4 inch clearcoat burn on my passenger side door. Then I noticed that he didnt buff out the door jams prior to applying the ceramic coating. Also, the brake calipers were hand-painted and you can see drip marks. It also looks like he rushed the interior. I spoke to Buzz about my concerns, and he said that the paint burn was already there and that his machine wouldnt burn the paint. He also said that the door jams would only be done upon special request. Buzz offered to buff out my door jams and apply touchup paint over the clearcoat burn, but now hes been ignoring my texts. I find this place to be very unprofessional. It was a complete waste of $1600, and the only way to fix my vehicle is to have the door repainted.

By far the best mobile detailing company in the county. They have super fair prices. The drivers are very friendly and professional. They also do ceramic coatings. Seriously no need to go anywhere else.
