I had an excellent experience here. Ted went so far as to do research on the problem that I was experiencing (never a good sign when your car is flashing an exclamation mark on the screen). I am back on the road with no check engine or any other lights on my dash. I am very happy and am so glad to have someone knowledgeable that I can trust so close by. Very professional and trustworthy. They did not attempt to rack up my bill. In fact, James talked me out of doing work that didn't need immediate attention.
