Amazing customer service, her communication is outstanding, and she is there for all questions even now after Ive had my policy for some time! Mary has been very pleasant to work with.         Unfortunately I did not have a pleasant experience with this location/agency. I attempted to cancel a life insurance policy and felt frustrated and unhappy with the communication and inaccurate feedback I received on multiple occasions. It seemed that my request was not respected as various employees I spoke with attempted to make me feel anxious and insecure regarding my decision to cancel the policy. It was a much lengthier process than it needed to be at the expense of my time and efforts. Due to my disappointment, I will not be recommending State Farm to any friends or family in the future.

We hope that the insurance buying public that has a chance to read this review can appreciate our actions knowing that we will not discuss their information with a non-policy owner and that we will do everything in our power to protect and safeguard their privacy.It is my understanding that you attempted to transact business on your mother's policy, and not your own. This is something that we refuse to do, and by law, we are not allowed to do! Additionally, it is our job, to the best of our ability, to advise our clients when we feel that their decision-making MAY not be in their best interest based on our experience.I really apologize for ANY inconvenience that we may have caused you by attempting to do the right thing. Sometimes there is a fine line between trying to be convincing regarding the need for the product in question and honoring the customer's request. What matters equally as much to me is how this situation made you feel, and for that, I am very sorry. I have contacted you and did my best to take some of the sting out of your experience within our conversation.
