        I called Mr. Mold immediately once I noticed back mold in my living room. They came out the very next day to inspect and made a follow up appointment within a couple days after for the remediation. They were quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. They explained everything very thoroughly and took plenty of photos I've used to forward to my insurance company along with their detailed receipt. They were kind and courteous and gave further recommendations, answered all of my questions and made sure I had their contact info should I need it.
