These guys are total professionals. Quick and easy and honest. I would recommend them to everyone. I called them on a Thursday afternoon, by Friday they had replaced my whole system. Outside air handler, inside system and the thermostat.Total Pro's all the way around. Highly recommended! I will use no other service for HVAC from here on out. These guys are the best!

I reached out to Fire and Ice Heating and Cooling with a few questions about my thermostat wiring as I was attempting to swap out to a smart thermostat on my own. After some research I wanted some professional advice on my system. Not only did they respond to my email quickly with great information, but after having them come out to inspect further, I now know everything about my HVAC system, how it works, and how to properly wire the thermostat when the time comes. They fixed an improper wiring of my auxiliary heat, made sure everything was running well, and even noticed the capacitor wasn't performing well and replaced it under warranty. Exceptional service. Very kind and professional. Went above and beyond. Reasonably priced. I will be happy to call Fire and Ice whenever I have trouble with my A/C or heat. Thanks so much!!
