        I joined last year in April. These ladies have been a blessing. I am so glad I found this place. Anyone that wants to lose weight should have a consultation with them. They really make you feel comfortable. Although I have met my goal, I will continue monthly. If you want to lose 20 lbs, or over 100, this is the place.

I appreciate the structure and feedback that the weekly appointment brings to my life. And it fits in to my schedule! Highly recommend for anyone looking to begin their health journey.
