        The Banfield Pet Hospital has been professional and friendly. They give my 10 year old cockapoo the best care. The vet, vet Teck, and front of the house staff have gone out of their way demonstrating kindness, thoughtfulness, and compassion when caring for my dog and me. Excellent customer service.

        Made an appointment for my dog that wasn't feeling well. Did the appointment thru their app. They just called me one hour to the appointment to cancel it because it wasn't a drop off. They just blamed the app for their incompetence with customer services. I am paying $80/month for the wellness plan for my dog but when we need them they just cancel. Totally unprofessional.
