MD Now Urgent Care - Lake Mary

Came to an appointment with a friend who is a very anxious person. Being a female, she generally prefers female providers. However, for her appointment she saw Nathan, an NP, who was fantastic! Polite, thorough and knows his stuff. He answered all of our questions and our opinion felt included in determining what was wrong and how to help my friend. In a place that thrives off of high turnover of patients, we felt that we weren't a number and that our time was valued and we weren't rushed or hurried out the door. Would absolutely recommend seeing Nathan, NP if you need a good provider!

I love how fast I'm seen whenever I come here. The staff (front desk, nurses and doctors) are always professional and pleasant and take the time to ensure you are getting the proper treatment.

Ive assisted three times for this place, Im ok with all the place but Nathaniel Krug NP has been very rude and unprofessional in two times. 03/15 was the last time and I had a stomachache and he said was Gas Pain, 6 hours later, I had surgery for appendicitis (almost peritonitis). If he appears, run. WORST DR EVER!!!

As happens I developed an ear infection over the weekend. The web check in is super easy and I was able to get right in. All of the staff from the front desk to the providers were friendly and helpful. This is a great option for your urgent needs!
