Excellent experience at First American Title in Maitland, FL. The biggest reason was the professionalism and quick responses from Chelsea Jankowski and Alaina Buschard.

Great experience . Chelsea and Alaina were both fantastic to work with. The respond promptly and efficiently. They made my 1031 transaction go as best as it could go considering all the circumstances associated with them. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I've worked with many, many title agents over the years, and am inherently skeptical of the larger companies due to their higher pricing and lower quality service (it's really the combination of these two factors that's a double whammy). But, as it so often the case, the value comes down to the team who is actually handling the matters. First Am has so diligently provided an excellent service for our clients that we use them for our personal dealings as well. Chelsea, in particular, is truly exceptional talent! Competent, thoughtful, responsive, and an all-around excellent character make her and their office stand out among the rest. Alaina and the whole team worked super diligently through to the end even to accommodate a last-minute request from the other party late on a Friday afternoon just so they could close...truly a stellar experience!
