        The State of Florida does not care for the mental health / low income citizens needs. They now, if you can circumvent things like being on hold over 15 minutes, calling offices that have message loops and other roadblocks, let you reach this organization. Thomas was KIND, UNDERSTANDING & HELPED ME. I want to praise him and this organization for displaying the first kindness I have experienced in ages from my state. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
