Tires Plus

Absolutely horrible experience! I took my car there some time ago to have the tires changes. Turns out they put the tires on the wrong positions (my vehicle has larger tires in the rear and they just put one larger rear tire to the front and vice versa so I'm driving around with different tire size left and right!!!). Then they lost my wheel lock key. Now Im unable to remove my wheels. Went back there for help and they simply dont care. They literally told me that they couldnt help me even getting the locks off. Turns out those specific locks are very simple and super easy to get off even without the correct lock nut. Every tire place in town can do it in a matter of minutes, just not them. And it was their fault to lose the key tool in the first place. WTH. Their employees can't tell the difference between a real bolt and a wheel lock that is covered by a piece of plastic to make it look like a regular hex bolt. No!! They will keep arguing with the customer even after that fact has been pointed out to them basically suggesting the customer is stupid without even actually checking. What training do these people have??

Jason at the front desk never fails to exceed my expectations. Fast, courteous service every time. Seth, the technician today, took care of replacing my flat tire and got me back on the road in less than 90 minutes (with no appointment!). Awesome service, as always. Thanks, guys!
