I overall have a great experience at Dr. Odoms office with the original employees Jaylee and Erica. However, they recently employed a new girl who i havent particularly had a great experience with. She interrupts me on the phone and also hung up on me. I asked her for clarification on something she said and she rudely said "hold on im reading something" .... Like.. The nerve!!! I am now on hold again while at work for much longer than the first time. I dont appreciate her condescending tone... Might i suggest a job that is NOT customer service...

My health insurance changed and my Ob no longer was covered, so I started searching and found Dr. Odom. So glad she is on my accepted list, because not only is she attentive, but the entire office is very friendly. Ive been having some issues getting health insurance to cooperate, and they have done all they can to help me with that as well as keep in contact with me even though they are short staffed. Dr. Odom has been the first OB to take seriously the issue I brought to her, and I love that she takes the time to sit down with you and listen. If I could give this office 10 stars, I would!

Wait time even with appointment was over an hour. Seems to be in line with other reviews. Hopefully the performance of the Dr can make up for it.
