Nate Morris of Novus Mortgage was outstanding in his due diligence and conversations in processing my loan. I believe he gave me a great deal with my loan by discounting two and one-half points off my rate. In other words, I got a super deal. When I saw my rate at 5.99% I was pleasantly surprised. My first payment isn't due for a couple of months. If you like dealing with courteous and concerned professionals, Nate is your man at Novus Mortgage. Quit paying rent and buy a home. In my case, I am building equity, and paying a monthly mortgage almost half of what I was paying in rent. One of the best decisions I have ever made.
