I was originally going with the builder's lender as they were giving me discounts on my new property, but the documentation they were asking for A WEEK BEFORE CLOSING was exceedingly cumbersome. 8 days before closing, I reached out to Greg Matthews and his team and they worked tirelessly to make sure that I would close in 8 days as scheduled and I did!
