Kerry and Rochelle were second to none in helping us purchase our home and condominium! They counseled us on improving our credit rating and reducing our interest rates on not one but two $900k plus purchases, saving us tens of thousands of dollars! They were always available and responsive when we needed prequalification letters too, which is critical when competing with other buyers. I will not hesitate to call them in the future if we ever decide we need to buy another home! Kerry even called us to remind us to homestead our home months after the transaction.
