Cathy is amazing!! During a time when real estate is being snatched up by aggressive rental companies to make a quick buck, Cathy fought tooth and nail for us to ensure that we could purchase our first house. She knew what we wanted by asking the right questions, and was always on the lookout for the perfect place for us. She made sure that we were one of the first to see a house that came on the market, and made sure we understood exactly what we needed to do in order to have an advantage against other potential buyers.
