Be aware! They charge you $60 for evaluation and after 10 minutes in evaluation will tell you you are not a good candidate for the treatment you want. They should at least give you back 50% or give you credit for another treatment. Someone should regulate this form of doing business. Service: Microneedling

I had a horrible experience. I had gone their two years ago for Botox and when I returned and sat down in the chair they told me that their policy changed and I now had to get at least 20 units. I said this was not something I was made aware of and didnt want to get pressured into doing it. So they brought in a manager. He was extremely rude and told me they wouldnt have known to tell me about the change (which shouldnt they tell everyone that fact before making an appointment). I told him they should have told me especially since they saw it had been a while since I went there. He curtly said, I will refund you the $75 deposit and immediately walked out of the door. There was never any Im sorry or at least an acknowledgement that this should have been told to me. It would make me nervous to go there because if I ever had a REAL issue they obviously dont care to go the extra mile or assist you.

From the moment I spoke to Christine on the phone to the moment I left after my facial service with Tammi I was beyond pleased. I felt welcome, comfortable and as if I was their only focus. I will be back for more and would highly recommend Primera Med Spa to anyone.
