Not sure where to start, I came upon her page knowing she had 1 star, and what did I get. A one star experience. Charged me 100 I gave her a $20 tip. She did NOT EVEN a full set. Im talking threw 10 lashes each eye and called it a day. Asked how long they lasted, she told me 2/3 weeks, I didnt get through 3 days. I went to another lounge days later and they were jaw dropped.... but thank you for my first lash experience I really appreciated you taking advantage of me My response to that The price had absolutely nothing to do with it, other then the quality of your work. Of course I said I loved it, they were JUST done and I thought that was a full set. Until they fell out THREE days later., I also messaged you and you didnt even bother to message me back. I thought it was something I did but it wasnt, the heat had absolutely nothing to do with this situation you took advantage of it being my first time. Like I said I got a full classic set with another lounge and Im going on week 3 with over 50% of my lashes. Not to mention the place I went to had previous upset customers from your lounge :) Quite funny your writing your own reviews on here too.... wish your company luck AMAZING LASH STUDIO lake Mary, promise you same price better quality And yes, Id like a refund
