I came here to do an ultrasound of the thyroid, the staff is very friendly and helpful, but they do not follow doctors instructions at all, the basically do what ever they want. Horrible experience in the way the wrote my ultrasound they dont even used a ti-rads chart, horrible experience overall they didnt even compare my ultrasound with my last one neither did the radiologist read my notes about why I was doing this ultrasound. I do not recommend this place at all. Horrible service!

Dr. George and Dr. Merzenich are fantastic- when you can get in to see them. Their nurse practitioners, however, tend to dismiss your concerns. I've been coming here for about 5 years. Two instances have finally done it for me. When I called last year about my throat closing due to an allergic reaction, I was on my way to them because they are close. My throat was closing- the receptionist regretfully informed me that they were fully booked (I understand, I worked at a vet hospital) but told me to go to their emergency location- 45 minutes away. I panicked and repeated my throat was closing. She kept apologizing but I hung up and went to another urgent care I was passing. Today, I called regarding shortness of breath and chest pain due to a mediation prescribed to me by a specialist. I called guidewell with my concerns,and let them know that I do not trust this specialist(not referred by them) and didn't feel comfortable going back to him. After checking again with a nurse, they told me I would have to call the specialist regarding my breathing and chest pain despite my concerns, but they were happy to set up a future date to discuss the meds. No thank you, I will be sticking with my new primary, although her care is more limited. Thank you for reminding me why I left.

I have been visiting this location since 2020 and as of now I'm going to give them a 5 Star! Great place!
