My husband and I were interested in changing his status to become a permanent resident after overstaying his travel visa. We consulted a few lawyers over the phone and were not happy with the kind of response that we were getting. They were either too expensive or were not that interested in sitting down and explaining the process without a retainer fee. We found Charles Smith of Fisher& Frommer, PLCC on the internet and read his reviews. The best thing about them and their site was that they had their service fee mentioned on there. I called him first and Mr. Smith explained the process to me. Then my husband spoke with him and again he discussed the process. We then made an appointment to see him for a free consultation. At that visit he advised us on the whole process from beginning to end and answered all our questions. At that appointment he advised us as to what would be needed from us and what we could expect. They even took our mock interview to prepare us for the Final interview which really helps and makes you tension free. We found his fees to be very reasonable. From the first meeting to the day to my husband got his permanent residency was 5 months. We both found Charles Smith to be honest, forthright and we have the utmost respect for him.

If you want the best, you've found them! We retained Fisher & Frommer to handle our immigration case for us. Charles Smith was our attorney and he is outstanding. Mr. Smith is informed, compassionate and attentive to his clients. He was available and reassuring. Charles thoroughly explained the process each step of the way and is very honest and straight forward. He will tell it to you like it is, not just tell you what you want to hear. This lawyer and this firm truly look out for the best interests of the client. We couldn't be more pleased with the service Mr. Smith provided. Our case was approved, from filing to finish, in just over 3 months. If you want one of the best in the field I highly recommend Charles Smith and the firm of Fisher & Frommer.

My father was having immigration issues because I decided to handle his case without a lawyer. I contacted Daniel Fisher shortly after a bad experience with another lawyer and Daniel agreed to take the case. The experience with Daniel has been spectacular. He made me feel comfortable and gave me the correct legal advice to get my dad here. I could call him on the phone for consultation, and he would usually answer the phone, and if not he would always get back with me quickly. Daniel Fisher is a great example of what a lawyer should be. Thanks to him my father received his green card on August 06, 2013. I would highly recommend Daniel to anyone in need of an immigration attorney.

I believe that when I came to Fisher & Frommer I had previously worked with every immigration attorney in central Florida and beyond. None of them take your case more seriously and care more for you than in this firm. I spend a lot of money with other attorneys only to hear how difficult and impossible my case was. The opposite happened with Daniel and Drew. They said they'd fight for me and my rights, and ultimately they found a solution to my case. They treated me with respect and care, came to visit me instead of me having to go to their offices all the time. Besides of being very good at what they do they really care about people, and I think this is what makes the difference compared to other attorneys. I am very grateful to them and it was a very good experience working with them. I wish them all the luck in the world and also to keep making a difference for good just like they are. The World needs more good people like them.
