I wish I came sooner! I was about to purchase a diamond ring online and decided to visit Pierce Custom for another opinion. Not only were Lance and Melissa absolutely incredible to work with, they were knowledgeable, transparent, and friendly. They have a huge selection and directed us through every option and possibility for an engagement ring. We got the perfect ring for much less than Brilliant Earths website. I brought in an old, neglected sapphire ring that looked terrible! I didn't have much hope for shining up the gold, but thought I would have Pierce Jewelers give it a shot. It was shined up and looked like new in a matter of minutes! I will go back to Pierce Jewelers again without hesitation. Thank you so much! You saved a little piece of a memory that I will cherish forever!

I cant say enough wonderful things about the team at Pierce Custom Jewelers! Samantha and Melissa helped us create a new pair of stunning earrings with heirloom pearls, and and a beautiful ring. Im excited to continue to create beautiful pieces with this team!

Loved their jewelry on display so I had to check out the inside. My mom and I were helped by Thomas Sigler and he was absolutely amazing and so helpful. We looked through every case and tried on a lot of the jewelry and the whole time he was so patient with us. Every time we had a question he answered thoroughly and seemed very knowledgeable. The prices seemed very reasonable and the jewelry was absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be going back real soon.
