I have been using this place for several months & would NOT recommend them. They are short staffed, send new people that you have to train which cuts into your free time. They change hours on you, doesnt matter if you have important plans as I do or did tomorrow. They are to send someone at 10am to 3pm on the weekends. Tomorrow I had a very important event that I cannot go to because they are sending someone 1:30pm-6:30pm. They do make an effort and try to accommodate , however if your time is important, do not use. The workers are late, not dependable. I had to cancel a very important event tomorrow that I have been looking forward to because they can only provide the service at 1:30pm, not 10am like they are suppose to. Very disappointing.

We have used Home Care Now for the past 6 months for in home care for my elderly mother in Lake Mary. They are professional, friendly, on time and always willing to help. Highly recommend this wonderful company for home care needs in central florida.
