        After going through many different new home builds in the past with other builders, I have to say David Weekely has been one of the best so far at Laureate Park Lake Nona. I worked with MJ Ramona Mehrtens (Senior Sales Consultant) in the acquisition proposes, Dylan Kipp (Construction manager), Valerie Cash (Design Consultant) and Eric Jablonowski (Warranty Service Manager) and they have all performed well above industry standard on each of their duties. Communication and responsiveness is superb, quality of the home is one of the best if not the best compared to other builders. All aspects from early acquisition/floor-plan choice, design upgrades, construction all the way to warranty requests have been great. Would highly recommend choosing DWH for new home builds.
