F45 Training Lake Mary

Ive been going to F45 for about a month now. I started with their 7 days for $7 since I had never done this type of workout. Coach James and Coach Heather are amazing (as are the other coaches, Im sure)! I used to feel very intimidated by workouts of this nature because Im not necessarily in top shape. However, coach James is truly so kind and always offering modifications. I love the fact that they push you to go to a heavier weight or doing more reps but without compromising yourself - I dont feel pressured to perform a certain way by any means. The workouts are dynamic and never the same, which is a huuuge help. The community they have at this gym is also amazing! Everyone motivates one another. All the folks I have interacted with are truly so kind and helpful, especially in the beginning when it comes to knowing how to swap between stations or how to perform an exercise. Im so glad I found this place and I cant wait to continue working towards a healthier lifestyle :)

I like having the variety of cardio and resistance short timed stations, along with the tvs that show the exercises and timer. The coaches will help correct your form and are very friendly.

Solid advice and coaching from the team at F45. This is the most efficient and effective workout under an hour. You will be challenged but you can go at your pace; building your endurance with each week.
