DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. He is terrible! This doctor is a covid denier. He prescribed ivermectin for covid and told my diabetic husband he did NOT need to get the vaccine and that covid was NOT as fatal as the flu. Meanwhile, my husband ended up in a covid ICU on a ventilator for 45 days, had to be resuscitated and was in a coma for over a month. He's recovering but isn't able to work, needs PT and may never be the same. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR.

Had a horrible experience with staff , not answering phone or messages! I wouldnt recommend this office to my worst enemy!

Dr. Nerness has always been great to deal with over the years. He is sharp, provides solid advice and does not rush you. The office is understaffed and slow most of the time unfortunately.

Dr. Nerness is a nice man, but his office staff is terrible. They never returned a call even after several requests and detailed explanations. Also its impossible to schedule an appointment with doctor, no scheduling department ever answer a phone.
I would not recommend this office to anyone!
People stay away from this office!

Find another office!
I am a high-risk transplant patient who has had multiple surgeries, including a double lung transplant and, in two days, a total shoulder replacement with a bone graph.
I have made five attempts now to get the shindrix vaccine at this office. However, the first two, I was treated for something unrelated, and before I knew it, they were pushing me out the door to get the next customer in. (Yes, customer, not patient.) The fourth time I showed up 1 minute late with four other customers waiting, they checked me in without an issue, shuffled the four in, and told me since I was late, they might be able to fit me in if I was willing to wait. And now, today, they said they called and left a voicemail stating they had to reschedule it for the ninth. (Saturday?)I keep a close eye on my voicemail, emails, etc., because my health is a significant issue in my life. They never left a message. Today after showing up for the original appointment as scheduled and heating this misleading story, I have decided to leave and find another primary that can be dependable. I highly advise anyone reading this to do the same. The office staff hasn't a care in the world for their customers. They clock their hours and collect their checks. When I mentioned I would find another primary, the secretary clearly blew me off and showed no remorse for the way I had been mistreated.
I expect you'll also see a generic apology as a reply even. There will be no sincerity if they even reply.
Additionally, if you use the advent health app, you'll find that Dr. Nerness has an excellent rating, he is a good doctor, but this office is a care-free office. I suspect the survey they use there is selective, as I don't recall seeing one.
