Horrible and worst front desk people! So rude and they are never helpful to fix things , if you dont like your job you need to get a different one

So, I just called today (02/15/24 @ 11:17 am) to make an appointment since the Orange City office is closed. I asked what is the exact date a doctor can take a new patient, this lady refused to give me a date as she told me "You need to provide your insurance first. Depending on your insurance, you will have an availability". I have worked in healthcare before for 10 years, and this office is full of lazy people not measuring the consequences on what they are doing.

I cant even begin to describe my frustration with this office. The people at the front desk arent just unhelpful, but MEAN. I havent been able to get a refill of my birth control medication for MONTHS because the women up front say I need to provide the name of the medication to get it refilled. I cant remember the name, but it is the same medication that my doctor at this location has been prescribing me for years and continues to renew at my yearly check up. Why cant they ask my doctor what it is?! They must have the name of the medication on my file!! Ive called so many times! If I give BIRTH to a BABY Im leaving it on the door of this office.

I just turned 60 last month, and I've seen many drs. In my day. This office is by far the most together primary care I've been to. I don't believe I've ever spent more than 5 minutes in the waiting room, and even less than that in the examination room. The front desk and nurses are all pleasant, and the Dr. Herself is very thorough. I see Dr. Clayton, she asks many in depth questions, and seems more than willing to spend extra time explaining everything she wants to do to help with my medical problems. I would recommend this office with 10 stars if I could!!!! Only question I haven't asked is who was that dressed as Gene Simmons!!!! Great place, great people.
