From the day I went to my doctor jasmine at the Apopka location at the time has been nothing but a beautiful person to me. She has always showed her concerns for my health and always is supportive. Thank you so much for just being a great individual.

My doc was amazing when nurse practitioner Connie and jose were there. They were very thorough, took their time and went over all my medications and we made some changes fir the better... all was well. Then sadly both left and I had a new nurse practitioner called Dawn. As requested I made an appointment for her to go over my medications, I needed a refill and she wouldn't refill it until we had the appointment. Covid hit and I was advised the appointment would be over the phone, ok great, no worries. I waited 20 minutes past the time arranged and called in, Dawn answered the phone in a rude tone, I explained I was waiting on her call, she flew off the handle and said you are not on the list.. and I don't have time to talk to you right now, She said she would call me back later. I have never been spoken to in such a manner, I am a person who is always prepared, on time and have all information needed for any medical appointment. When she called me back later she called me honey in a condescending tone which I did not appreciate... She said the previous nurse practitioners kept horrible notes that were not helpful.. (I do not believe this at all) I asked her to sign off on a compounded meditation which i had refilled many times before, she wrote it wrong three times costing me $150 in medication that wasn't the right dosege. Needless to say I cancelled my membership and today when I drove past, the location is closed with no signage at all. It looks like they closed down. We were happy to support them as we appreciated the new idea and it seems all was well until the new nurse practitioner came in.

I moved to Orlando two years ago and needed to find a doctor. I really initially couldnt speak higher of this doctors surgery: Jazmine on the front desk was so kind to me and Jose the doctor was always there to listen and spent the time to talk to me and did virtual visits with me. Id been on the same medication for the past ten years, neurologists had prescribed me the same medication and it is what has worked for me. When I asked for a repeat medication I was advised of a new doctor called Dawn and that she had took Joses place and was using shortened medical terms which I didnt understand (why would I - I have not attended medical school ) and had to google what she was actually saying to me. Upon my visit she asked me to fill out the patient health questionnaire and when she looked at my answers her exact words I kid you not was well if this is true you should be in the loony bin! She talked down about the previous doctor jose who was so caring before and she just had the attitude of I dont care I dont want to and thats that. Even when I said I need to be on this medication - I can have my previous neurologist send you paperwork etc Dawn then asked if Id had a procedure (she used a shortened term again ) I asked what that was and she said trust me! If u did you would know! Again not at all comforting. I ended my membership after this consultation with this new doctor Dawn and have since found the help I need from another doctor and neurologist. Initially I was not going to write a review about this new doctor they have had. However the medication I needed was for anxiety .. and to stop someone from having their anxiety medication during the covid19 pandemic could actually be life threatening but she didnt care. She pronounced my name wrong and when I tried to correct her she spoke over me. I just feel during this pandemic we should be looking after people especially people who suffer from anxiety .. this new doctor had no regard for me and I think if I hadnt of gone to another doctor I would have been not in a good place right now off my medication during this pandemic.
