Mr Hyde is currently the counsel on my family members criminal case and I am going to say I am currently at work fuming from the conversation I just had with his legal assistant,Kayla. The communication from the beginning has not been the best and to be yelled at and hung up on when trying to ask a question about an email from almost 2 weeks ago that has went un answered is unacceptable. We do not excessively reach out we know he is busy but when we do, we deserve a response. Kayla condescending tone,attitude, and customer service is HORRIBLE and people dealing with life changing situations that they are PAYING for help with dont deserve that!!

Very welcoming, respectful, and easy to deal with. From the first phonecall Stephanie has been amazing and she makes me feel comfortable. Isadore Hyde is great as well, honest, and shows that he cares. Honestly I walked out the office feeling better than I did when I walked in.

Very disappointed on how this all ended. I really had high hopes that Mr. Hyde would have done more for my family in regards to getting another court date. I didnt know you pay over $5,000 to file paperwork and once denied you just get disposed. Unfortunately there was no fight there was no evidence brought up, there was just broken promises. Im really really upset this is the result of working with him but not everyone cares as much as you do. Especially after they are sentenced. Also the father of my child found out he got denied a court date in prison, when they knew before he got the letter. They made his father and I come in for a meeting to give us the bad news. When I thought that was the point of communicating? No one should find out that way. Completely regret my decision to even do this in the first place. Ive had more peace accepting that he wont be home until 2028 than I had working with him.
