Average at best. Only the most obvious areas were vacuumed on the drivers side, they didnt even attempt to pick up or vacuum around the few items I had on the floor of the passengers side. They also took way longer than necessary and not due to it being crowded but rather due to the workers standing around, laughing and joking instead of finishing up with the cars after they came out of the wash. I would not recommend this overpriced car wash. Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Visited this location back in April. I was really disappointed. First of all, I didnt know they would be requesting a tip before I actually received service. I really do try to tip well and unfortunately this time it bit me in the butt due to the notably poor service after I tipped. I paid for the Platinum and they barely washed the car well. I know its not car detailing but I had to have them revisit my car twice for basic things like washing my wheels and the conditioner for my dashboard, left so much obvious crumbs in the floor. Its as though I paid for Platinum but received the lowest service. This prolonged my time there and that was was very inconvenient. I contacted their company twice to share my experiences but no one ever responded. Poor car washing service plus poor customer service. Wont ever revisit. 2 stars because one guy was nice. They are very rude they don't speak to you with respect and the staff is very rude I am a member and because of this location I will be looking for a new car wash to call home.
