Updated:it's been almost 3 weeks and I haven't worn my hair down, still distrought over this experience. I. Don't even look in the mirror when im brushing it after a shower, it goes right in a pony tail or a claw clip or I put a hat on. They refunded my money but that's it. Not that there is a solution for this other than extensions which they do not do. please do not go here!!:Beware of the man here. I set up an appointment online, included shampoo, cut, dry and style. I got in and he didn't shampoo or barely dry. He finished in 11minutes. And when I asked him to dry it more he signed and said "jesus* under his breath. I showed him my reference photo, which was just whispy bangs and layered hair. What he gave me was almost micro bangs and 0layers as soon as I saw the "finished" product I immediately started crying. I have only had 4 hair cuts in my life, im not a pro by any means but my beautiful almost waist long hair was now just passed my shoulders. I look like dora... I didnt want to cut off almost 6-8 inches of hair.... The manager saw how upset I was and she tried to fix it but you can't fix short hair, you can't give me my length back without giving me extensions, which I can't afford ... I've been crying all night about this..it took me 8years to grow my hair out and im so utterly defeated all because I wanted a hair cut during my lunch break as a treat to myself and now I am hating myself because of this decision. I know it's just hair but I LOVED my hair and I don't feel like me anymore.

I decided to try Supercuts in Lake Mary to see if I could get my hair highlighted for less than the expensive salon I have been going to. I'd like to mention that I have been highlighting my brown hair for over 45 years I know exactly how it's done how long it takes and how much it costs. I had an appointment with a girl here named Sarah and I spoke to her before I made the appointment I went to see her I showed her the pictures of exactly how I wanted my hair highlighted which was a picture of my hair that had been highlighted by somebody else for many years. She said that she could do it so I made the appointment. I went in I spent almost $300 having my hair highlighted and cut and a few other items that I had done there. When she was finished My hair was orange and red there was no platinum like the picture I showed her and like I've been having done for years but red so she said don't worry it'll look better in the next couple of days well I know better but I took her word for it. Of course it didn't change it stayed red and orangish and actually got more red and orangeish. She said that she would fix it and I could come in and she would do what I originally had said. I went in and number one she said I shouldn't be highlighting it I should just do color which I've never done and number two she said she was going to charge me the same amount as she charged me originally outrageous! Beware of Supercuts in Lake Mary I was warned not to go here but I went anyway and I paid the price. I am fuming!
